How long does setup take?

Four business days from intake call to going live. Day 1 is a 30 minute intake call where we learn your practice areas, conflict rules, and intake script. We build during days 2 to 4 and send daily test calls so you can hear progress. Day 4 is final approval and go live.

What does Zidan Labs cost?

Is the AI good enough that callers will not notice?

Does Zidan Labs work for solo lawyers?

Is caller data stored in Canada?

Yes. All call recordings, transcripts, and caller data are stored on Canadian servers. We do not train AI models on your call data. Your firm's data stays your firm's data.

05 — Who built this

I built it in my family's bakery.

My name is Yazan. Zidan Labs runs out of Toronto. The first Voice AI I ever shipped answered the phone at my family's bakery — because we were losing 30 orders a week to calls that rang out during the lunch rush.

Things lawyers actually ask.

Does it sound human?

Yes. Call (873) 447-3872 and judge for yourself — that's the whole point of leaving the demo line live. Most callers don't notice. The ones who do don't mind, because the agent gets them booked faster than a tired receptionist would.

What happens when it can't help?

Two paths. If it's a genuine emergency or conflict of interest, it forwards to whoever you nominate. Otherwise it takes the message, books a consult, and emails you the briefing. You decide the rules.

Where does the call data live?

Canadian infrastructure. Calls and transcripts are stored encrypted, and we never use your call data to train any model. You can request a full delete at any time and we'll show you the receipt.

Can I customize what it says?
